Quite frankly in Korea, landlords typically do not want to have a foreigner as their tenant due to language barrier, complication of receiving payment, risk of foreign citizen not paying rent and short-term stays. Therefore, we do the convincing and translate on your behalf. If you need to find a place that fits your budget and condition, WE GOT YOU COVERED! We offer the following services below so you can stay worry-free while in Korea. PRICE $400 USD or 490,000 won (excludes realtor's fee)

Contacting multiple realtors

- Contacting real realtor's in the vicinity of your desired location

- Making sure the listing they have are not baits (Lots of realtors list baits so they can lure potential renters)

- Making sure you can register the place as your own. This is important as a foreigner since you are on a visa and you need a permanent address where you can register with the government to protect your deposit.

In-person visit

- Scheduling with the realtor to visit the actual place

- Checking for any damages prior to moving-in

- Sending you photos of the actual place for confirmation if needed

- Providing info of the surround area (Walking distance from the subway location and etc.)

Translation service

- Going over the lease contract and verbally translate to make sure you fully understand the contract prior to signing (All the documents and contracts are only in Korean)

- Translation between you and the realtor and the landlord

- Filling out applications (Most of them are only in Korean)

- Any other translation you might need during the process of finding a perfect home

Guardian service for 1 month

- Having the right to put our number down as a "Emergency Contact". This is needed if you are a foreign citizen living in Korea.

- Resolving disputes with the landlord if problems arise

- Any other interpretation via phone at your convenience (24/7 for 1 month)

- We can deliver any message or issues to the landlord

Protection under the law

- Protecting you within the "Korean housing lease protection act"

- Protecting you within the "Tenant protection laws"

- Checking with the government to make sure the place you are about to rent belong to the same owner that's on the lease contract to avoid any scams (Checking their ID for authentication).

Miscellaneous

- Confirming the transfer of deposit with the landlord

- Answering any questions you might have about Korea

- Providing you with proper information about recycling and garbage disposal

How it works

1. You'll visit the places that meets your condition

2. You'll typically see an average of 3-5 places (Remember we are only showing you the best places that meets your condition) *You're more than welcome to see more places

3. Initial deposit of 10% will be sent to the landlord to hold the place. (You can wire or cash and make sure your bank is able to send the money rightaway)

4. You'll move in by signing a lease contract along with remaining 90% deposit. (Make sure your account is able to send large sum of deposit if you are making a wire transfer)
